Vertical roll lasagne

  • Beef mince 500 g
  • Chilli sauce 2 tbs
  • Mamacita’s Oyster Sauce 2 Tbs
  • Red chilli flakes 1 tbs
  • Tomato sauce 1cup
  • Onion. 1 medium
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbs
  • Mushroom sliced 1/2 cup
  • Shredded carrots 1/2 cup
  • Salt. To taste
  • Cheese. As required
  • Lasagne sheets 400g
  • Oil 2 tbs


Marinate beef with oyster sauce, chili sauce, chili flakes, and salt, and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil, saute onion and garlic.
Cook till it becomes soft, then add the marinated mince. Cook for a while then add mushroom, carrot, and tomato sauce. Add salt and let it simmer until beef is cooked.
Now spread boiled lasagne sheets, then spread a layer or mince and then cheese.
Roll it and place the rolls vertically in a baking tray. Add more cheese on top and bake at 180c in a preheated oven till cheese is melted.
A deliciously aromatic beef lasagne roll up is ready. Enjoy
