SPECIAL TAWA CHICKEN

Ingerdients:

  • 1: Boneless chicken 3 (sliced)
  • 2: Onion finely sliced 2 
  • 3: Capsicum 1 (sliced)
  • 4: Green chilies 2 (sliced) 
  • 5: Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • 6: Ketchup 2 tbsp 
  • 7: Roaster and ground cumin 1 tsp 
  • 8: Roaster and groundCoriander seeds 1 tsp 
  • 9: Chili powder 1/2 tsp 
  • 10:Salt 1 tsp 1
  • 1:Dry mango 1/2 tsp 
  • 12:White pepper 1/2  
  • 13:Oil 1/2 cup 
  • 14:tomato 1 medium (chopped) 
  • 15:dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbs   

Recipe:

1: Heat 1/2 cup oil on a griddle.

2: Fry onion till light golden.

 3: Add sliced chicken & fry till changes color now add chili powder, salt, roasted coriander, roasted cumin, white pepper, tsp dry mango powder, tomato paste, ketchup & 1/4 cup water mix well.

 4: Fry well till chicken is done on medium flame. 

5: Lastly add sliced capsicum, tomato cubes, chopped green chilies, fenugreek leaves cook for 5 minutes, remove. 

6: Ready to serve with paratha.
