Ingredients of Roghani Chicken

  • 6-7 Chicken Pieces
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • 4-5 Cashews and almonds
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

How to Make Roghani Chicken

  1. Take chicken pieces and marinate with salt and lemon. Let it rest for half an hour. Then deep fry till crisp

.2.Now in a pan blender add cashews and almonds to make a paste.

3. Then in the same blender make a paste from tomatoes, onion, ginger and garlic

.4.Add these in a pan and cook till the oil starts to separate

.5.Add some water and stir. Now add, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper and salt as per taste

.6.Mix again and then add chicken pieces. Cook till all the flavours combine.

7. Once done, serve and enjoy!
