Frozen Paratha Recipe

  • Flour ½ kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Powder milk 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Master puff 200 gms
  • Ghee 1 tbsp


  1. Mix flour with salt, sugar, baking powder, dry milk and knead into a dough with lukewarm water.
  2. Beat master puff. Keep aside. Make balls with the prepared dough.
  3. Make into saucer size. Spread with master puff and again form into a ball.
  4. Now roll this into a paratha very lightly and keep putting paratha on a plastic sheet.
  5. Cover with another plastic sheet and put to freeze in the freezer. Use as required.

In flour add salt and water and knead well .then make small balls and roll .now in rolled 5 small loaf place and spread the oil .as same ready all .then heat skillet and cook half done then separate the layers and cut the as your desire shape .finally store in zip lock bag and place in refrigerator.
