ingredients for Cocktail Sauce:

  • +Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper 1/2 top

ingredients for Fish Nuggets

  • Boneless Fish (Pangasius) 500
  • paprika powder 1 tsp
  • black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
  • garlic powder 1 tbsp
  • bread crumbs 1 cup

ingredients for Assembling:

  • Beaten eggs 2
  • All-purpose flour as required
  • bread crumbs as required
  • oil (for frying) as required


1 . In a bowl add mayo, ketchup, and mix well. Now add lemon juice, salt, black pepper and mix well. Your cocktail is ready. refrigerate until used.

2 . In a chopper add fish, paprika powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, salt, garlic powder, bread crumbs, and chop well.

3 . Transfer the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.

4 . Now take the mixture in your hands and shape it in nuggets form.

5 . Take the prepared nuggets, coat it in eggs, flour, bread crumbs. Refrigerate them for 30 minutes. Note: Nuggets can be frozen for 30 days. Before frying, thaw them for 10 mins.

6 . Now take the prepared nuggets and shallow fry them until golden in color.

7 . Your fish nuggets are ready. Serve them with sauce and enjoy.
