Ingredients for Chicken Marination

  • Boneless chicken (thigh with skin) 4-6 pieces
  • salt 1 tsp
  • chili powder 1 tsp
  • black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • powdered sugar 1/2 tbsp.
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp.
  • All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
  • cornflour 1/2 cup
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp r
  • ed chili powder 1 tsp
  • paprika powder 1 tsp
  • black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • white pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • vinegar 1 tbsp.
  • Hot sauce 2 tbsp.
  • Milk (chilled) 3/4c cup
  • ingredients for Crispy chicken:
  • Chicken (pat dried)Dipping better
  • all-purpose flour as required
  • water (chilled) as required
  • ingredients for Hot Mayo Sauce:
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • ketchup 2 tbsp
  • .Hot sauce 1/4 cup
  • mustard paste 1 ½ tbsp
  • .Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • chili flakes 1 ½ tsp
  • garlic (minced) 1 tbsp
  • .Jalapenos (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • .Honey 1 tbsp.

Ingredients for Assembling:

  • Burger buns (toasted) as requiring
  • mayonnaise as required
  • lettuce leaves as required
  • Tomatoes (Sliced) as to require
  • fried chicken hot mayo sauce as required
  • Cheese slices (mozzarella) as required


1 . In a bowl add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper, sugar, Shan Ginger Garlic Paste, lemon juice, mustard paste, and chicken. Marinate for 45 minutes at room temperature or 2 hours in the refrigerator.

2 . In a bowl add flour, cornflour, baking powder, salt, white pepper, red chili powder, paprika powder, black pepper powder, Shan Ginger Garlic Paste, vinegar, hot sauce, milk, and mix well. Your dipping batter is ready. Set aside.

3 . Take a marinated chicken piece, dip it in dipping batter, coat in flour, dip in chilled water for 2 seconds and then coat in flour again.

4 . heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the coated chicken on medium flame until crispy and fully cooked. Your fried chicken is ready. Set aside.

5 . In a bowl add mayo, hot sauce, mustard paste, lemon juice, red chili flakes, honey, salt, garlic, onion, jalapenos and mix well. Your Hot Mayo Sauce is ready. Refrigerate until used.

6 . Toast the burger buns, drizzle some hot mayo sauce on the bottom and top bun. Top the bottom bun with pickled cucumbers and onions.

7 . Place the fried chicken on top, drizzle hot mayo sauce and place the cheese slices. Top with tomatoes and lettuce leaves.

8 . Place the top bun and gently press. Your Crispy Chicken Burger is ready to serve.
