Creamy Chicken Sticks

  • Chicken – 500 gm (Boneless ) (Cubed)
  •  Ginger Paste 1 tsp
  •  Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  •  Green Chili Paste – 1 tsp
  •  Cashew Powder 2 tbsp
  •  Greek Yogurt – 2 tbsp
  •  Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
  •  Salt To Taste
  •  Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  •  Egg 2 Pcs (Whisked)
  •  Edible Oil For Frying
  •  Skewers (BBQ Sticks) – 12 Sticks


  • Cut the boneless chicken into 1-inch cubes. Take a bowl and add chicken cubes to it. Now add lemon juice and salt to it and keep for about 30 min.
  • Now add ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili paste cashew powder, yogurt, fresh cream, and salt. Keep it aside for about an hour.
  • Put the marinated cubes into the skewers. Don’t keep gaps in between. Fill each stick with around 8 pieces. Take the whisked egg, Dip the stick in it. Now cover them properly with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan. Deep fry the Chicken Sticks until golden brown. Be careful that it doesn’t overcook. Your creamy Chicken Sticks are ready. Serve it with Mayo and Ketchup and enjoy the delightful starter.
