Ingredients for chicken marination

  • Chicken cubes 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ingredients for skewers:
  • Marinated chicken
  • Capsicum (cubes) as required
  • Onion (cubes) as required
  • Tomato (cubes) as required
  • Oil as required
  • Ingredients for flour preparation:
  • All-purpose flour 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ingredients for egg preparation:
  • Eggs 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tbsp

Directions for chicken marination:

In a bowl add chicken, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, ginger
garlic paste, soy sauce, and oil.
Mix well and marinate it for 30 minutes. Set aside.
Take wooden skewers and thread marinated chicken, onion
capsicum, and onion on it.
Heat oil in a pan and grill skewers from each side until 80 tO
90% done.
In another bowl mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder
ginger powder. Set aside.
Take another bowl mix egg, salt, black pepper in it and settest the grilled skewers in flour then coat in egg mixture. Now
shallow fry these skewers and set them aside.
In a pan heat oil, add garlic, and sauté it for a minute.
Add ketchup, hot sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar,
red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, sugar and cook for 2 to 3
Drizzle sauce on skewers and serve delicious egg coated
shashlik Stick.
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serving: 4-5 persons
