Chicken Seekh Kabab and Chicken Malai Boti These are very juicy and extremely yummy

Chicken Seekh Kabab
Boneless chicken 1 kg
Salt 2 tsp
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Freshly coarsely ground black pepper 1 tsp
Kuta zeera and dhania 2 tablespoon
Pipli powder half tsp
Kabab chini powder half tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp

Chpperize finely chickens meat in the chopper.
Add all the above-mentioned ingredients.

Chop finely 1 cup green coriander, 1 cup mint leaves, 10 green chillies, 4 small onions, 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste without adding water. Once finely chopped then squeeze all the water from the above mentioned mixture. Add this mixture in the chicken mixture.

Give it a coal dum and let it rest overnight.
Next day add 4 tablespoons cream. Shape them like seekh kabab on skewers. And shallow fry each side in just 2 tablespoons oil in a pan for 3 to 4 minutes only.

Chicken Malai Boti (baked)

1 kg boneless chicken cut in 1 inch cube.
1 cup hung curd
1 packet cream 200 ml
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
1 tsp each black pepper powder, red chilli flakes
2 tablespoons crushed qasoori methi
1/2 tsp each of pipli, kabab cheeni, garam masala powder.
Juice of 1 🍋
Marinate chicken boti with all the above-mentioned ingredients. Keep it marinated for 2 to 4 hours.


Put the botis in the wooden skewers.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
Keep brushing the leftover marinade from time to time on the skewers.
Lastly, brush the skewers with oil and bake for a couple of minutes till you get the desired colour.
Lastly, give the skewers good coal dum.
Serve with poori paratha, salad and chutney.
Do give it a try. It was finger-licking good.
● Do not add any papaya paste or meat tenderizer
● You can give coal dum to the raw marinated meat or the prepared ones.
● You can adjust spices as per your taste.
