  • Marination:
  • 300 gram Boneless Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 Sprig Curry Leaves
  • Handful mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt


1-Soak chicken in buttermilk for 4 hours. Drain the chicken and marinate it in ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cornflour and red chilli powder.

2. Deep fry the chicken till it is golden brown. You can also pan-fry the chicken if you like. Keep it aside.

3. Now for the masala, place a wok on heat. Saute curry leaves and green chillies in oil. Fry till the curry leaves are crispy and the garlic is cooking.

4. Next add mint leaves, red chilli powder and garam masala, mix it well. Pour in the yoghurt, stir till the moisture is evaporated. Add soya sauce and fried chicken. Mix it well, and serve!
