Chicken: I took almost 7 kg
Green chillies: 250 grm
Ginger garlic Finley chopped: a hand full almost
Salt to taste
oil: 3 cup
Coriander leaves 2tbsp
Julian ginger as req
lemon juice
yoghurt: 1kg

For Masala: it all for 1kg of Chicken

Crushed roasted coriander 1tbsp
Roasted button red chillies crushed 1tsp
roasted cumin 1tbsp
kasoori methi 1tsp
Chat masala 1tbsp
Aamchoor powder
shan karahi msala : 2tbsp
black salt 1/2tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
Mix all to gather and keep aside.


In a pot heat oil add chicken and fry it on high flame, now add g.g and again fry it. after 1p mints add green chillies and cook it until it changes colour. Add yoghurt to it and cook it until almost done. Add masala in between and mix it well, top it up with Kasuri methi, lemon juice coriander leaves and Chaat masala.

serve it with Raita and Naan😋
